Highly recommend. I m so pleased I found this company :) Absolutely fantastic professional service with added smile by Pack & Send UK store in Glasgow. Great communication from the Team from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Regular updates provided and service tailored around my requirements. Had to send a painting abroad and really struggled to find a suitable company to assist. Found them when browsing online and got a really nice call back first thing the next morning. They even professionally packaged for me and provided insurance for a small fee. Painted arrived safe and sound and in perfect condition. Would highly recommend and would use their services again in future without a doubt.

Shipped an electric piano and other personal items to Germany, everything arrived in perfect condition. They repacked everything with extra bubble wrap, wrote a full itemised list of the contents and completed a declaration form for customs. Incredible customer service, and very friendly. Very reasonably priced as well compared to alternative companies, highly recommend!

I just received a painting that was collected, packed and shipped by Pack & Send in Glasgow to my home in Maryland, USA. The painting was VERY well packed (my husband works in museums and has packed a wide variety of fragile items for international transport and he was impressed) and arrived in perfect condition within 8 days of departure in UK. What a great service these guys provided!!! The pickup was complicated (by my circumstances) and they dealt with that without batting an eyelid, and both Ainsley and Malcolm were a joy to talk to on the phone. Throw in a pretty reasonable price for a sterling service and extra complications and my treasured painting arriving safely and quickly - couldn't be better!! 10/10!! Thanks guys!!
