Very pleasent and helpful staff, gordon is a personable guy who will also go the extra mile to satisfy a customers needs.
I highly recommend crumb. my old hob, which i purchased from crumb 20 years ago, recently broke. so i called them to ask if they could fit a new one. gordon was really helpful, he sourced, supplied and fitted a nice new hob at a great price within a couple of days.
Gordon was brilliant…..sourced integrated washing machine, fitted it and disposed of old one. fast, efficient and friendly service. thanks 😊
Unfortunately my appliance that needed repairing wasn't one that this company covered. i had initially only left a message on their answering machine. despite my appliance not being one thst they could repair, i still got a call back, and advice on who would fix my appliance. absolutely delighted to know where to take my appliance, and very grateful that they took the time to call me back, at the weekend (!), to help me with my problem, at no benefit to themselves. clearly a company that puts customers, or prospective customers, first. i will definitely use them at the first opportunity. thank you.
