Dropped into the shop on Monday and they had scheduled a visit on Wednesday between. 1-6. John called at 1.30 and arrived at two. Very nice chap that fixed my oven in user an hour with no hidden costs! Could not recommend them more! 10/10 service

Today John came to look at our washing machine that wouldn’t drain. Came at the very beginning of our slot and phoned in advance to give us an estimated time. He was very thorough and managed to fix the issue and on top of that was a genuinely lovely guy who went the extra mile!

Perfect service. Promptly identified the fault with our washing machine and repair carried out efficiently. Would highly recommend John and would definitely use them again if required.
