I have used PTS at various times always very satisfied with the service and always very helpful when I have asked for some advice

Great service from PTS today, needed new bushes for my Bosch washing machine, had them in stock and cheaper than any company online, very friendly service and even keeps dog treats for your dog, dogs are also welcome in the shop! Would defo use again, Had my washing machine working again, keeps my wife happy she’s got a working washing machine lol the shops even open on Sundays.

Had booked an appointment but had a no show, when contacting them again they advised it hadn't been noted down despite it being the same person I spoke to two days earlier. However they managed to get someone out to me that night and they were very helpful and fixed my issue.

Absolutely brilliant service! Paul had my washing machine up and running in no time at all!! Highly recommend!!

E-mailed to see if p.t.s had the part for my candy tumble dryer got a speedy reply to say they had the part I required. Went to shop the next day and picked up the part and fitted and now my tumble dryer is back to nice and quiet!!! Great service and will defo use in the future.
