Had a power cut, called for an electrician. David talked us through some possible solutions over the phone and via WhatsApp. When it wasn't resolved he advised us it was a power cut and to contact Scottish Power. David could have come out and charged a fee to reach the same conclusion but due to his professionalism and trustworthiness, gave us that information over the phone with no charge. Highly recommended and will use in future.

Called Jedi late on a Sunday afternoon due to a tripped switch, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Talked me through everything I needed to know in order to resolve my problem. After having a fire alarm set off consistently, I gave David a call who spoke through possible solutions over the phone. He assisted me when detaching the alarm from the main wiring, instead of charging me for a call-out to do the same thing. Extremely trustworthy and a great person to call when needing help!

Just had Jedi Electrician out to North East Glasgow to fix my elderly mother's electrical problem. Sunday evening, lives alone with a carer. David answered phone immediately and Philip was round within the hour. What could have been a really stressful situation was fixed quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend this company.
