I can't rate j + t mccolgan highly enough. every aspect of their service was professional yet personal. lorraine at the broomhill office helped us deal with the practicalities of a funeral during a very difficult time, and the clydebank team were equally as fantastic. thank you.

Our family have nothing but praise for the wonderful professional and friendly service provided by j&t mccolgan for my mother's funeral (in november 2020). despite the awful circumstances (my mother died of covid-19), my mother was given a dignified and respectful send-off. (although we were unable to view the body, my mother was dressed in her own clothes, while many victims of covid are dressed in a shroud by some other funeral directors. this significant detail was important to our family.) attention to detail, by all staff, was outstanding, and reassuring, every step of the way. everything was taken care of, and we felt we were in such safe (and caring) hands. the obitus recording of the service was greatly appreciated (and of excellent quality), allowing many family and friends from far and wide to participate in the proceedings: i would recommend this facility. as a final comment i'd like to add that jane, in charge of the service, looked superb - and supremely elegant - in her funeral attire: and this seemed particularly appropriate for our mother, an independent working woman herself for most of her adult life. thank you from us all for such a proper and fitting good-bye.
