Had researched several places and looked at other high end furniture suppliers before visiting boconcept in glasgow. was super fortunate to come across ava whose knowledge and patience finally led me to choosing pieces/colours that i know will be perfect. a super friendly service, would highly recommend no pressure and plenty of time given to get it right. thank you ava

I have bought several things from this shop from ornaments, cushions to pieces of furniture and love them all. the designs are always simple, minimal and beautiful. i recently bought the modena sofa with resting unit in the black friday sale and received excellent service from eilidh hunter. prior to my visit to order the sofa, she had spent a lot of time helping me, such as sending out tons of fabric samples and creating computer generated images of the sofa in my own living room to give me a better idea of how it would look. my sofa was delivered on the date agreed and i liked the fact it was delivered by bo concept staff, not a sub contracted delivery company that don’t know anything about the products. the new shop is fabulous and a luxury retail experience. i was given a fabulous goodie bag too. jenny, cambuslang.

We moved into a brand new flat after many years in a traditional older house. i was completely overwhelmed by the task of furnishing this new space. eilidh hunter came out from bo concept and studied the space, listened to our wishes and requirements in a very patient and extremely pleasant manner. i went into the fabulous shop in ingram street where she had laid out two colourways based on our discussion. i liked both but one i fell in love with immediately we then toured the shop picking out the various styles of sofas, dining table and chairs etc. once selected everything was delivered fairly soon after by the fantastic bo concept staff who were efficient, respectful and reassuring all the way through. eilidh kept in touch throughout and came back with suggestions for accessories. i love the results of her ideas and i have not had service like that ever. eilidh hunter and bo concept are a dream team and i cannot recommend them highly enough.

Eilidh did the interior design of my flat and i really appreciated her insight and skills. she was able to provide many different options for us and did her best to adjust our designs to fit our budget. she even responded and took care of my orders personally on the days that she was off, out of all the furniture companies that i've been in contact with she has been the most responsive and helpful, i felt really safe leaving my flat in her hands! on the days where she wasn't in caroline has also been incredibly helpful - thank you!!
