I've been a care professional with home instead for 2 years now. i enjoy working with my colleagues and caring for my clients. i see my clients as my family and i treat them as though they are like my parents. i enjoy caring for them to give them my support and independence they need in their daily life's. we are all getting old, for me it's an insight into the future. i care for them the way i'd like people to care for me one day.

I absolutely love my role with home instead. i started off as a caregiver with the company and felt the support and training i got was the best i had ever had with a care company it allowed me to go out and deliver a first class service to our clients confidently and with the skills and understanding required. i was given the opportunity to grow and develop within the company and again given first class support and guidance to develop into a team leader role. this has allowed for me to give back to our new recruits the support and guidance they require to become a first class care professional and also to ensure that the clients receive a quality service. the company itself is amazing really does feel like one team no matter what your role you very much feel included heard and listened too. i am really happy being part of the home instead family and see myself being here for a long time to come.
