For years I’ve been dealing with arachnophobia, trying to find some way to manage my fear. I read up on Hypnosis thought this could be the way to go, I put my details on a page and was contacted by a hypnotherapist from London and decided to give it a go. The session was on FaceTime and to be honest it was a waste of time and money. I decided to give it another go when I found Clarity Hypnosis, I spoke to Jennifer, booked an appointment and went for my first session. I was a bit sceptical due to my previous experience however, within the first couple of sessions I felt a HUGE change which was noticeable to friends and family. After my 5th session just at the start of the week I feel like I can manage my phobia to a much better level. Jennifer has given me the tools and confidence to move forward and I’m very thankful I found her page and taking me on as a client.
