For years i’ve been dealing with arachnophobia, trying to find some way to manage my fear. i read up on hypnosis thought this could be the way to go, i put my details on a page and was contacted by a hypnotherapist from london and decided to give it a go. the session was on facetime and to be honest it was a waste of time and money. i decided to give it another go when i found clarity hypnosis, i spoke to jennifer, booked an appointment and went for my first session. i was a bit sceptical due to my previous experience however, within the first couple of sessions i felt a huge change which was noticeable to friends and family. after my 5th session just at the start of the week i feel like i can manage my phobia to a much better level. jennifer has given me the tools and confidence to move forward and i’m very thankful i found her page and taking me on as a client. i know should i ever need help with this issue or something else i have confidence returning to see jennifer knowing i’ll be in a better place after a few sessions. would highly recommend
