Extremely tasty and a varied menu. in a good location and fairly affordable. very polite staff and quick too. didn't have to wait long for food to be served. is busy but they still had a table for me even though i showed up without a reservation.
The curry has strong curry powder taste that doesn't seem to blend very well. the rice is not japanese rice standard the aged assistant tofu tasted good but didn't come with grated daikon nor katsuobushi (bonito flakes).
Delicious food and friendly servers made for a wonderful experience. i'd definitely recommend it.
Easy to book for lunch sadly no disabled access that i could see; and the restaurant is on the first floor. the food is ££ in price range but the food is expertly delicious and filling, service is lovely and the servers greeted and checked on us and were very pleasant. easy to find on google maps. pleasant atmosphere with music. the food was swift to be delivered also.
It's easy to walk past this fantastic restaurant because although the entrance is on ground level, it is not immediately obvious - the service is upstairs, with some diners looking down at passers by on the busy street as they eat their delicious sushi. ive been here a few times recently and highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys good japanese food. only a few minutes walk from queen street train station. my favourite is the bento box as it offers a nice array of food types all in the one meal.
