Thank you to your staff member joanne falconer for an exceptional service today. my wife and i attended your argyle arcade store on saturday 11/02/2023. my wife advised joanne what she was looking for and joanne brought some stunning rings along and gave my wife and i professional advice on the category and ratings of the items. she displayed a thorough knowledge of her craft and provided a wonderful service. rox are very lucky to have such a professional and articulate member of staff many thanks katrina and bryan butler

Visited the glasgow boutique today and the whole experience was very special. joanne could not have done any more for us - she was professional, attentive, knew her stuff and made us feel so welcome. delighted with our diamonds and looking forward to wearing them at my birthday celebrations later this month.

Where do i start with my wife mhairi and my recent experience to upgrade her diamond ring through the rox trade in process. we were provided simply the best most friendly and honest service by marc and ross throughout the whole experience, including detailed discussions on options, honest opinions and just an amazingly friendly and open service. everything was made so simple for us, including communications through the whole process, day or night. mhairi was treated in a lovely special manner which was not false in any way. the team are simply amazing at rox. zero pressure throughout and everything was a discussion and no sales pitch at all. we are so please to have met the guys as well and ross is actively progressing a used rolex watch for me to make up for the new ring on my wife's finger : ) thank you so so much team for this amazing service to returning customers. 100% recommend rox.

10/10 experience in store today buying our wedding bands. the store manager was absolutely amazing with us letting us see all stock we wanted, helped with sizing, styles, general advice and actually built rapport with us as a couple having a good laugh and joke, we don’t take life too seriously and to have someone on our level helping us pick our bands made the experience so much more enjoyable and memorable! hands down i would say this is the most personal service we have ever received out shopping as a couple (so sorry didn’t get a name for and really wish i had as he was fantastic). it is not often i leave a place and think wow that service was amazing but here we are, i am blown away!!. can’t wait to come back and buy some more items. thank you so much again kirstie & george
