We called Lock & Co after our contractor locked us out by accident on moving day. Within half an hour, Sam was with us and working away to get us in. He is so professional, kind and friendly that we felt we were immediately in safe hands. He made such a stressful experience a much more pleasant one, reassuring us along the way. After finally getting us in, he made sure the door was in safe working order before leaving. Even the next day, he was in the area and popped in to give us key hole covers and to see how we were getting on!
