Aga & Ola Physio & Massage

This was a fantastic experience. Having had problems recently with my back and hips, I was lucky enough to find a great introductory offer for this place for an assessment. I was treated to an hour with the physiotherapist, a very approachable specialist, who took time to ask my problems, pain areas and history. She examined my feet to see where I was putting pressure and also measured my legs. She gave me 10/15 mins of physio which felt great and acupunture on my lower back. I felt really good when i left and I am hoping to go for the 6 appointment programme they offer. A lovely relaxed clinic with fantastic staff and in a handy city centre location. I would highly recommend. Looking forward to returning.

I had an amazing deep tissue massage by Claire. I have been experiencing so much tension and stiffness in my neck and back and wow, Claire really knows her stuff. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable straight away. I also got a deep facial massage and it was great. I felt super afterwards. All the staff are so lovely and the new premises are beautiful. I've already booked in for another in a few weeks and would definitely recommend.

I'm glad I found Aga&Ola. I came from Panama to Edinburgh to run my first half marathon and was extremely sore 24hrs after, 48hrs after the race I felt better, but my legs were still in a bit of pain/sore, so I decided to get a Remedial & Sports Massage with Basia. It was better than expected. Today, one day after the massage, I can feel the difference. I'm almost back to normal. I'll be back hopefully end of year after running my second half marathon! Additionally, the space is new as they recently relocated; clean, modern & spacious. The staff is friendly as well. Very good & with decent prices. Thank you 😊I'll be back!

Specialists of the highest level work, pleasant atmosphere and very friendly staff. My back hurt very much, I couldn't walk for three days, but after a massage session all the pains stopped. I highly recommend visiting if you already have pain and numbness. But it is better not to allow this and do a preventive massage at least once a month. With our mostly sedentary lifestyle, the spine and muscles require us to be monitored by professional specialists. I highly recommend it.👍

This was my first time here and it was amazing. The treatment was so relaxing as well as targeting my sore parts I really didn't want it to end. The staff are so nice too, I will definitely be back for the same deep tissue massage. I loved the sign in the bathroom so much I had to take a photo ....
