Frank Seeger Massage Therapy

Have had my first massage ever here. Full body deep tissue massage. Was everything I hoped for and more. Almost a month later I'm still doing the same physical work but my joints and muscles are recovering much quicker. I can feel the oxygen flowing through me. Thanks Frank.

My first experience of a sports/deep tissue massage and I wasn't disappointed! Frank is friendly, professional and immediately made me feel at ease. He is extremely intuitive in his practice and tailors the experience to the individual. He makes it clear, if anything doesnt feel right, to let him know but that wasnt an issue for me. The pressure he used was perdect and I'm the most relaxed I've been in a long time. My only complaint is that an hour wasn't long enough! I've already booked my next appointment.

Frank helped immensely as had recent chronic back pain which was brought on by really bad posture and hunching over Laptop / PC daily. Frank first had flexible appointments which suits my shift patterns The Deep Tissue massage took away 18 months of Covid stresses and strains and can feel the benefits. I would highly recommend Frank who was very professional and very good suggestions for stretching exercises . Thank you Frank very much appreciated

Best massage I have ever had! I also have had much less back pain. *Update* 5 years ago I posted a review for Frank and I have to say still the best massage I've ever had! I've been going to him for 5 years now! I'm a Personal Trainer and really benefit from his sessions so much. Having such a physical job, I really benefit from his session. Every time I leave and weeks after I feel absolutely amazing, my body feels so much better for it. Thanks again Frank! Leigh
