We are one of the nationwide fitting partners for Robinsons, having worked with many retail, corporate and higher end furnishing companies we are proud to work with Robinsons. The team are lovely first of all, regardless who you speak to, and always the products are of the highest quality. Our impartial view on issues and mistakes is that they happen to all companies, and this is due to the fragile and larger nature of the boxes involved and often the overseas shipping. We can safely say out of all of our retail partners, Robinsons literally have a 100% hit rate with sorting any issues with our customers, and this should be a buyers focus. We all dream of having an error free experience but the crunch comes with finding a company who will deal with these issues consistently and to the satisfaction of the customers. Even taking ourselves, Robinsons have chosen us to help fit a number of projects, and the fact is we arent a cost focused company. Quality is second to non with us and this speaks testament to the kind of service Robinsons like to uphold. Furthermore, even during this difficult time for all, they consistently receive ongoing customers, which again is a sign of their focus and drive. We are absolutely thrilled with our wall panel headboard and ottoman bed. The service provided by Robinsons is second to none. The quality and finish of our new bed and headboard is outstanding. Very competitively priced too.

We've had an excellent experience with Robinsons Beds: friendly, personal attention by email and phone, careful but not intrusive help when reviewing beds in the showroom, and they were able to provide a mattress with bespoke build up and at an awkward size to meet our needs. Now we've begun sleeping on it we're getting a better night's sleep than we can remember, and my morning pain and stiffness are gone - life changing! Thanks to all the team.

Recently bought a really comfy king size mattress to replace one previously bought here years ago. The young lady in the showroom was exceedingly friendly and helpful. And with the order placed we were able to choose a delivery slot and the guys delivered spot on time. They were excellent-even brought their own shoe covers to protect the carpet! A pleasure to deal with Robinson’s from start to finish- well done!

Ordered a mattress, which was made within a week and delivered a couple of days later. Great service, local production, will be back for a replacement for my spare room!
