O2 Shop Glasgow - Glasgow Fort

Treated well this time and got what I was looking for fast with no drama,s

Very friendly and helpful staff sorted me out with a new sim card after some signal issues

I just want to express my heartfelt gratitude towards Ms ?. Multiple times I had to go to the shop and she would always help me out, going the extra mile if necessary. She deserves the best in the world (including longer shifts and public recognition :)), definitely an asset to such a great team. Will come back sometime, well done, mates!

I've been an O2 customer for years and I've always found the team in this store extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Although I'm biased as O2 is my go to place for anything mobile, I will always recommend this store

Went in after 6pm ,Connor served me almost straight away,he was very helpful listened to my needs,assisted with an upgrade and new SIM deal also ,he helped transfer data and saved me money ,which in the current climate is ideal!! His customer service was flawless ,pleasure dealing with the staff in the shop at the fort .I would not hesitate going there again .
