I'm loving my new glasses it's so good to see clearly again, the young guy that gave me my eye test was a gentleman very polite and explained everything he was doing, then another young guy took me to look at frames and asked if i needed help to pick one i said no thank you i could manage, he took the payment escorted me to the lift. it's so nice to go into a store and be treated nicely and for the staff to welcome you with manners and politeness, i wouldn't go to any other store but the trongate specsavers.

I broke my frames just hours before getting on a ferry. i went to the nearest specsavers i could find and the women who helped me was absolutely lovely and so helpful. she managed to find me a new set of frames that could hold my lenses. i can't thank her enough and she saved my holiday.

I aways get such a great service when i come here. the staff are so great, friendly and knowledgable and make you feel cared for.

Went in with some hayfever related issues with my eye. i wasn't sure if i was overreacting but the team made me feel safe and allowed to be there, which was very appreciated! gareth and the whole team were friendly, efficient and informative – what more could you want?!
