Wonderful service! I had an contact lens after care appointment with Neelam and she was fantastic, she made me feel comfortable not rushed and helped me understand different lens features and what would suit me. I didn’t feel tense what so ever or even pressured into making a decision right away and she should be highly commended for her great work! :)

My daughter was seen by the Byres Road branch this week. She is only 4 years old and all of the staff were very accommodating and made her feel comfortable during her appointment. Fantastic service. I have even moved to this branch myself because of the outstanding service.

I have never in the 40 years of wearing glasses have had the service that I have had in this shop, it’s more than 5 star the staff are amazing, Robert has amazing attention to detail he is very much the perfectionist, he spent a good long time with me to make sure I got the glasses that suited me and my high prescription! I can honestly say he got it spot on and I now have nice mulberry frames with my lens thinned perfectly, to say I’m over the moon is an understatement! I can’t rate this place enough, Audrey and the rest of the staff are lovely, Audrey has helped me so much and love a wee gab she so friendly and very good at her job, what a lovely bunch they are. As I said I’ve never had anyone take the time to go through everything so thorough with me to get me glasses that I’m not embarrassed to wear and made me feel more confident again, I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone they really do go above and beyond to help and they care about getting the right frame to suit you, I am also trialing contact lenses which I never thought I would be able to wear and again this is something they are working with me on to make sure I get the best vision I can with them. I’m so glad I found this shop in byres road it really has changed so much for me. Thank you Robert, Audrey and all the staff, I will see you soon 🥰

An amazing experience at this branch. Robert and the team are just superb. Incredible customer focus. Nothing was too much trouble and the advice was first class. It was never about trying get me to buy glasses or even the most expensive ones when I did. This was a team focussed on making sure my eyesight was being looked after in a very customer focused and friendly way. It was an effortless journey and Robert himself is outstanding. I know there are a lot of opticians in the area and I chose here…..I struck gold. This is my place from now. Well done Robert and the team.

Greeted with a warm welcome and a smile, a big thank you to Robert and the team for their excellent service when i visited the store this week. I was impressed by the professionalism shown by the staff as they talked me through each procedure of the eye test and discussed the results from the test. I would also like to say thanks for assisting me with the selection of my new glasses, time was taken to try on various styles to find the pair i felt comfortable wearing and in suiting my style. i look forward to collecting them next week . thank you for the terrific service.
