Orthodontic Lounge

Polite, efficient staff at reception and a welcoming, relaxing environment whilst waiting for your appointment time. the orthodontist was excellent at putting my grandson at ease and offered positive advice.

I’m part of the way through my braces treatment with the orthodontic lounge and have had a great experience so far. i’ve been able to schedule my appointments well including an emergency one and have received good advice and care from both of the orthodontists i have seen.

I am still going through my braces journey at the ortho lounge but i am so in love with the results already! the attention to detail and reassurance the team have given me has been incredible, and i would 100% recommend to anyone looking to start their journey!

Really can’t praise this place enough! everyone, from the minute you walk through the door, is so friendly and helpful. my daughter was quite young getting braces and everyone, especially dr rehmen, made her feel comfortable and at ease. every stage of the process was explained in detail - with options of how to proceed provided. i had lots of questions at the beginning which were always so patiently answered. thank you orthodontic lounge glasgow - my daughter is over the moon with her new smile!

Due to the transfer of clinics, my son experienced unexpected delays in his treatment. as soon as we raised our concerns, the practice manager claire vass took great care of the case and managed to resume my son's treatment without any further delay. this is indeed a super great clinic with friendly and caring staff who are willing to make every effort to look after their customers. 100% recommend to all if you wish to receive fantastic customer care. a very happy mum and young person.
