Having used Cycle Law Scotland on more than one occasion, I can safely say that they are consistently reliable, friendly and effective. I have sought their service in two very different cases, one involving a motorist and one involving council negligence. Both cases seemed unlikely to be successful and yet the staff at Cycle Law Scotland managed to turn them both around in my favour. I can't recommend them enough if you ever find yourself needing legal assistance after a biking accident. Just give them a call and they'll look after you and talk you through everything you need to do to help win your case.

Amazing!!! I was hit by a car which had failed to stop when entering a roundabout, I sustained coccyx damage and had to have 3 months off work. Originally on the advice of a friend tried a different big firm (Not Cycle Law Scotland) which shall remain nameless, after a couple of phone calls it became clear that they had no idea about cycling law, thought cyclists were a nuisance (like most UK car drivers) and couldn't be bothered with my case. This experience put me off. Then a cyclist friend brought Cycle Law Scotland to my attention and I am so grateful they did! Cycle Law Scotland had compassion for me as a human being, were extremely professional, replied to me promptly, kept me informed at every turn, sent me to see top notch professionals for assessment and organised everything for me. Even from the first phone call with CLS I was impressed by how they treated me and I could tell I was in very safe hands! I recommend Cycle Law Scotland very highly and I would definitely use them again. They are a fantastic company and I cannot convey the relief I felt knowing they were on my side! Firstly, please accept my apologies for this overdue review. I used Cycle law Scotland in a hit and run case involving a car on a roundabout just under 2 years ago. The case took a lot longer to resolve than I had hoped(over a year) however this was not the fault of CLS, rather things were being held up due to Covid backlogs and the motor insurance bureau. who we were liaising with since my driver could not be identified. I could have not asked for a better lawyer than Roz. From the very beginning she was compassionate, professional and motivated to resolve my case and to get justice. As someone who is also a keen cyclist, I felt Roz really empathised with my situation and genuinely wanted to help. A year later, when I was beginning to feel hopeless that we weren't making any progress.. she remained persistently on the ball and kept me in the loop at all stages of the case. The incident I was a victim of gave me PTSD and severe car/road related anxiety- I couldn't cycle at all for many months following the event and I am still hyper vigilant when I do. Roz worked hard to ensure that my offer mirrored the damage done and I am pleased to say that a satisfactory award was finally won after just over a year of emails and waiting and emails and waiting. I can not recommend CLS and Roz enough for all their hard work on this case. I am so glad I contacted them after a friend recommended their services (She also had amazing things to say about them). I know many people who find themselves in similar incidents to what I experienced, who don't bother pursuing a claim because either they don't know how or they feel its a wasted effort since 'nothing will come of it anyway' ..I had similar worries at the start but I am so happy to be on the other side of that now and can confirm that it was definitely not a wasted effort and instead probably one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. I now recommend CLS to everyone I know who cycles. It's so comforting to know that there's passionate people out there who have our back when it such a savage game on the roads!
