Staff really lovely. i recently had a problem and they were out that day to have a look and sorted by professional staff, michael. guy on the phone (sorry forgot his name) had a good sense of humour and arranged it. would use again.
Excellent customer service, my boiler stopped working on a freezing night and they sent an engineer over in less than 1 hour. jag was professional, quick to resolve and showed excellent communication skills. this is an example of how to deal with a customer from start to end. i highly recommend g jassal to anyone needing boiler work done.
Engineering called with eta. carried out installation professionally. clean and tidy. explained how everything worked to my elderly parents. aftercare service fro. stephanie first class. would highly recommend
Came out at midnight to a blocked toilet which was causing an awful mess, the problem couldn't be fixed there and then but the plumber did what he could and returned the next day to finish the job. very quick to respond, cleaned up after himself and made sure the problem was properly fixed before leaving. the price was probably around the industry standard - you expect a high price for an out of hours call out - but the team did definitely earn their fee in this case. i would recommend them and would use their services again should the need arise.
