I came to Karen to get my 2 big toenails permanently removed after they were damaged from sports and a horse. It was round the corner from me but I also noticed how much cheaper it was than other places I researched. The procedure was quick and painless but Karen went out of her way with the aftercare, it takes a good ~6 weeks to heal and she gave me all the information I needed and would respond quickly to any questions I had, there was a couple of follow-up appointments also. Couldn't be happier with the result, highly recommended, thank you Karen
