While there were some initial issues when we moved in and the property itself had some faults our experience with gpl has been largely positive. whenever we've had an issue we've felt able to contact them in the knowledge that the problem will be addressed promptly and we'll be communicated with clearly in the meantime. communication is always friendly and informative and we appreciate it always being a person who has responded to us as opposed to a machine.

Gpl have been excellent to date. they seem to be a very down to earth company which is really important from our perspective as tenants. they are also very responsive which is in contrast to my experience with other rental agencies in scotland. michelle has been really helpful, ensuring flat-fixes are done quickly and properly. i highly recommend gpl!
