We have been working as a contractor for Park PM for over a year now, predominantly dealing with Scott O’Brien & Scott Cochrane. They always respond within a timely manner which allows us to get jobs completed promptly. Their professionalism and commitment to ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard is something I would look for in a property management company. I would highly recommend Park PM.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Scott O Brien from park property management when my property's received some water ingress through a stack pipe(I hope I am correct in calling it that). Scott was the first to pick up the issue and deal with it quickly and efficiently with having a contractor there promptly who located the issue and resolved it. Park Property are definitely the best factors around. I have dealt with them many times over the years. Scott O'Brien, Scott Cochrane, Claire & Tom are all very pleasant & helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Always pushing to get the job done in good time, leaving the home owners very happy. It's a 5 stars from me!

Only had positive experiences so far with PPM. My company supplies services throughout their portfolio of properties. I’ve been impressed with the upkeep of their assets and maintenance regime. As much as they made sure we were right for them before handing us any contracts we only do business with people we trust and have the right values. Great team and Scott O who is our main point of contact has been excellent to deal with and we look forward hopefully to a long healthy relationship.
