Western lettings have been the best letting agent i have used. they were helpful in finding a place, getting the details together and then helped with making sure everything was set up for moving in. they were hands off and trusting of me to look after the property without being intrusive or overbearing. at the end of my tenancy they were fantastic in helping me get ready for handing the property back. they gave a handy checklist to ensure i would get my deposit back and i received every penny back, with no issues. owning a large dog, they helped find a property that would allow me to keep him with me which is incredible since it is so hard to find a property that will allow dogs, let alone a large one! all in all, i would use western lettings again as they were just fantastic. their staff are lovely and helpful - 10/10 experience!

Western lettings have been great from start to finish. we have had various rentals over the years with different agents and western have been the best. friendly and helpful staff and very responsive when the inevitable house repairs crop up. our boiler broke at chrismas time and matt went the extra mile to get it fixed asap for us. highly recommended!

Responsive, polite, efficient, trustworthy. i cannot rate western lettings highly enough. as a landlord, i have been very satisfied with their services and grateful when they have organised repairs, gas checks etc for reasonable fees.
