Decent shoe store. Pricing is average, some shoes models cost more than if you would buy in specific branded stores or online. Timberlands are more affordable here. Staff is friendly and helpful here. No parking, as well as no restrooms available for customers, which is a bummer. Overall well recommended, check it out.

Was assisted by Eve who was fantastic. Helped my wife try on several shoes and nothing was too much hassle. Choice was great prices good and service we received was fantastic so would recommend this branch. Additionally we were referred by another branch in buchanan galleries so it's not a one off seems like schuch know customer service.

Abbie was such amazing help, I couldn’t believe it was only her second day. I managed to get the exact shoes I wanted and she was just super quick, professional and friendly!

After having poor service from JD across the road it was a breath of fresh air to come into this store. Staff were friendly, most helpful so not only i bought a pair of shoes dearer than what i was intending to pay, my sister did aswell as we couldnt believe how nice staff were, they couldnt do enough well done guys!

My stay wasn't long so I didn't get a chance to have a full experience, but the layout seems fine. The customer service left a lot to be desired though. I went in asking if they had a particular size with memory foam soles, which they didn't but that isn't a problem. But the customer service assistant gave me information I know is wrong, that Sketchers do not do wide fit sizes. It would not have taken long to find out if they had wide fit in stock, or to apologise that they don't sell them here, but she just shrugged and said the brand don't do them. It was a very quiet day so it's not like busy-ness can be an excuse either. Overall I would go somewhere else for a better chance at getting the correct information and caring customer service.
