Excellent service by the footwear department. Went to look at some boots and got some great advice by the staff. They measured me up and helped me try on various boots. Lots of tips and suggestions and ended up buying a pair that fit and are comfortable. Thank you, great customer service.

Popped in on arrival to Glasgow to get help with the fit of my hiking boots (brought elsewhere). Chris was fantastic and took the time to see about the problem and offer clever and real practical solutions that were NOT about making a sale. Good store over quite a few floors. Womens wear, and mens wear. Base layers, tops trousers and shoes. Helpful staff and reasonable prices. Umbrellas for sale by the front door for those emergency wet days. Recommended for outdoor gear !! Friendly staff too !!
