My padlock got jammed and all my stuff for work was trapped inside. I called in and the lovely Rachel raced straight over, in her own car, from another branch with the boltcutters and a replacement lock. All sorted super quick. Thanks Rachel!

I HAVE TO BE HONEST THIS IS THE BEST STORAGE UNIT I HAVE HAD AND TO DATE USED 5 IN MY LIFE. I WAS NEVER BOMBARDED , BILLED IN ADVANCE IF I WENT OVER THE ALLOTERD TIME. NEVER HAD TO TRY CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER KNEW THEY WERE THERE, IT WAS THAT EASY. THEY NEVER MADE ME BUY THERE S[PECIAL PADLOCKS WHICH ALMOST EVERY STORAGE COMPANY MAKES YOU DO. SELF SERVICE WITH CODE ..A GREAT PRICE. ITS SUPER CLOSE TO WEST STREET SUBWAY IF NO CAR...THE ROAD AND PATHS ARE BAD MIND...BUT A TOTALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE
