I'm very pleased at booking my tickets to go abroad in this travel agency , service is magnificent, friendly and helpful, and the staff are lovely people especially alana. i'm always happy with the service coming out with a smile on my face, i recommend others to go there,and i will always book my holidays there
Second time using hays, the team were absolutely fantastic! nothing was a bother, we asked alot of questions (sorry) and nothing was a hassle. highly recommend the team, our trip was outstanding to iceland. booked our 3rd trip with them, can't wait.
