Sincere thanks to john who responded very quickly to my initial enquiry and arrived the following day to quote for the work. he knew i was especially worried about one or two dead "creaking" trees close to the back garden wall and fortunately for us, was able to squeeze the job in the following day. john is courteous, friendly and professional. better still, he actually listens to what his customer is hoping to achieve and offers advice to ensure a successful outcome. he made safe the dead trees, cut back two very tall spindly holly trees, removed a lot of large branches from several tall trees that were seriously overhanging our back wall and cut back the trunks to a reasonable height. the weather turned very nasty but john and his colleague kept going and worked hard to finish the job for us. john provided an excellent service and the price quoted was very reasonable for the work involved. i have no hesitation in recommending red branch tree services and will use them again when needed.
