We recently had to visit for an emergency with our dog and unfortunately he passed away, but the staff were all wonderful with him and us. they handled arrangements for his cremation with a great deal of sensitivity and gave us as much time as needed to say goodbye despite having a full waiting room. we were also blown away to receive a package a few days later with some mementos and his pawprint. it was an unexpected gesture that really touched us.
Outstanding service went to on an emergency for my dog who was very unwell .unfortunatly he didn't make it 😪.at least he went in the best place the vet was so sympathetic & very understanding.even after max had passed they sent me his paw print & a cutting of his fur which i found so touching & personal.i would highly recommend these vets 100%. thankyou for everything 🌈🌈🐾🐾
Milo became unwell in the early hours of morning. vets now reassured me, and milo was seen within one hour. he had a thorough assessment and management plan in place. the staff were knowledgeable, confident, and very approachable . so down to earth and supportive.
We sadly found out marley had a mass on his lungs at the start of the year by our local vet and were given the impression that nothing would be able to be done about it, which left us feeling devasted. after asking about treatment options , we were quickly referred to the amazing oncology team at vets now and saw the team within a week or so. marley underwent surgery, and paula was so thorough and explained everything so well and he spent a few nights with the team whilst he recovered, we were kept updated throughout his stay there which was a great peace of mind. he has since been receiving chemotherapy with pamela and the oncology team who have been great, pamela certainly knows her stuff and no question is too silly, even when we go in with a million questions written down by two panicked owners, she always answers them so professionally and courteously. the nurses and reception staff are great too, and we're always made to feel like marley is a wee vip each time he visits! we are so grateful for the additional time vets now have allowed us to have with our boy, and couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Staff are so helpful, explained about what they were going to be doing to help my puppy,. they kept me up to date with procedures and phoned to ask if they could do more tests. so communication is great. only downside is the parking at the facility as its a small car park and other patients with their pets take up extra room in order to get their own pet in their car. apart from that it's definitely a five star review
