We are from Ontario, Canada and hired Alison O'Neill to plan our wedding in Edinburgh, Scotland. We found her to be exceptional! She was able to make our vision come true and was in communication with us on a regular basis. She presented several venue choices, which she had personally visited and videoed for us. Due to Covid circumstances we had a small wedding at home here in Canada instead of Edinburgh as originally planned. Alison was very understanding and quickly switched gears... arranging a wedding blessing & handfasting ceremony at the original venue, Prestonfield House. Not only did this help us recoup deposits we had put down, but allowed us to realize our dream of a Scottish themed wedding as it is part of our family histories. Alison's enthusiasm & easy going personality made her a pleasure to deal with. We can't thank Alison enough for going above & beyond and we would highly recommend her to plan your wedding or event!

We cannot recommend Pebblefish enough, Alison from start to finish was absolutely amazing! Without her there would have been no wedding at all. She organised our whole day. We were working with her for 2 years and I'm so sad that we will no longer need to speak on a weekly basis! Alison seriously thank you so so much for EVERYTHING, we love you!!

What an amazing experience I had with Alison at Pebblefish as my wedding planner. Alison went above and beyond during our wedding planning which we had to postpone for a year due to covid. Nothing was a bother for Alison and she was so approachable, organised and responsive through every step of the way. Alison helped with booking suppliers, supplier liaison, planning the run of the day and being there on the day to ensure everything ran smoothly. Alison went above and beyond. We hired her a while ago and even though she was hired for on the day coordination, Alison checked in with us throughout the pandemic and wedding planning process. She was an absolute godsend in the final month running up to the wedding - she took on final liaison with the suppliers which allowed us to focus on other things. This was especially helpful when one supplier went quiet on me, but Alison got them on board! On the wedding day itself Alison was a calm and steady presence and helped make the day run smoothly. Our families also sang her praises for her approachability and sense of humour. I would hire Alison again in a shot and highly recommend her for any future couples. Without Alison to help finalise plans and coordinate, we wouldn't have relaxed into and therefore enjoyed our wedding day as much as we did!

From start to finish, Alison was a delight to work with. She was extraordinarily organized and on top of all our plans. In addition to appreciating our preferences, she provided truly value-added recommendations. As a result, our son’s wedding in Scotland began with a truly magical dinner the night before. Alison will forever be part of our Scotland wedding memories because of the evening she planned and fulfilled for us.
