I’ve recently had to change my pet carer due to my senior cat now being diabetic and needing daily insulin, & my previous carer didn’t provide this service. We also have 2 new kittens. How lucky are we to have found Freya! Our initial contact was when Freya came to meet my furry boys. Ozzy ( senior) is quite a shy cat who doesn’t take easy to new faces, but this totally changed when Freya arrived in his life. She came down to his level, spoke softly and gently to him and he took to her instantly. This was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders because if my boy isn’t a fan of you, he’ll run away and hide. The same happened with my kittens & I knew there & then that Freya was the right choice. Freya came twice a day for an hour on each visit & played with my boys as well as wrapping them up in cuddles❤️ Contact , videos & photos were received from each visit to let me know they were ok. On my return home, my house had been kept clean, any loose litter had been swept up , “toilet bags “ had been disposed of & everything was clean & tidy. Just perfect ! I can’t recommend Freya enough. Nothing was too much trouble & she followed everything I had requested. Thank you lovely. I know my boys were in perfect & safe hands xx

Happy Tails offers an excellent service where pets are truly loved. Our 5 year old Springer Spaniel loves his time and long walks with other dogs. He always returns to us tired, happy and content. I could not recommend happy tails more strongly!

Freya did an amazing job of giving our cat cuddles and keeping him fed and looked after when we went away on holiday. She sent us regular updates so we had no worries. Would highly recommend Freya if you're looking for someone to look after your pets.
