Was recommended by a jeweller in gloucester to go to j d brown. so glad i did. lisa was lovely to deal with. my recently purchased breitling watch strap was quickly changed in size for me. a real "gem" of a shop that i will recommend to anyone local to visit for watch adjustments, batteries and of course jewellery. thanks lisa!
Took my watch in to j d brown today and they had it fixed within the hour. they messaged me as soon as ready and i was able to pick it up before heading home. excellent service.
