I was having connection problems and couldn’t access internet via mobile data and also calls kept dropping out. i went in to the shop rather than phone 02 or use the online chat thing. naoto was so friendly, helpful and kind. he put a new sim card in for me and made sure it was all set up and working before i left. many thanks
