I was having connection problems and couldn’t access internet via mobile data and also calls kept dropping out. I went in to the shop rather than phone 02 or use the online chat thing. Naoto was so friendly, helpful and kind. He put a new SIM card in for me and made sure it was all set up and working before I left. Many thanks
