Very happy with the blind i had fitted. very unhappy that the fitter's van leaked oil on my drive which i have been unable to remove. i called the company about this and i was offered an apology.
We had new vertical concertina blinds 5 years ago on our new-build bungalow - recently a couple of blinds failed (strings broken). i took them back to vbs who repaired and restrung quickly and efficiently for just £15 - a great service. we will be using them again!
I ordered venetian and perfect fit venitan blinds, for my new airbnb, from vbc in oakham. they were measured and installed in super quick time by a lovely friendly fitter called jack. i am so pleased with the results, they look amazing!
