Paul did a brilliant job cleaning our carpet on the staircase and landing. what we thought was mud turned out to be oil, but paul was able to remove it all (including the mess be had made trying to clean it ourselves). it looks as good as new. paul was friendly, polite and professional. would 10/10 recommend.
