Excellently equipped gym with a great atmosphere and friendly staff!
This gym got some friendly staff also have mates in this gym.its organised and small meaning like a rocky gym.too much tech makes you weak.yes get yourself a member here.unfortunately im too busy now cause of my jobs so i train on my own.
Really good equipment i need for my powerlifting program with deadlift areas/squat rack and bench. everything is well maintained and often looking to improve with new equipment where they can. open 24 hours all year round. great gym, wouldn't go anywhere else.
