Great pilates and Equipilates sessions in lovely private studio. Small classes and always fun! I can highly recommend Ruth's classes if you want to improve your riding.

Fabulous class and suits any ability. Lots of top tips to take away, for continuous self care at home. Pilates has seriously improved my lower back pain! Would definitely recommend.
