Booked a one way taxi back from LHR. Driver arrived 45 minutes late (get the impression the booking hadn’t been relayed). I have since received a detailed email apologising with detailed explanation for the issue.

Driver was good at communicating with me upon his arrival and even whilst I was checking out. Very polite and kind and I am grateful.
