Thanks to Bryony’s help, I was able to find a phone at a great price that best suits my needs for work and personal life as a self-employed individual. Credit to her for being so kind and patient, explaining everything I needed to know as someone who wasn’t initially familiar with my options!

I Tried using the website to get my new phone upgrade however I just couldn't do it, I came into store and the young man Craig made it very easy for me and I got my new phone there. Very good service

What fabulous service. Upgraded my phone but it did not work. Quick pop into the shop with super friendly and efficient service and problem resolved. So much nicer than the 191 service.
