Brilliant! I went with very bad back pain (NHS scientist, a lot of repetitive strains) and she worked through a few exercises with me after a thorough assessment, and it's already meant I can now sleep through the night without spasms. Would definitely recommend!

Ellie was very helpful and understanding with my back problem. She tailored the exercises and massage to my pain and set me up with a few easy to follow exercises. Fully recommend.
