He was extremely professional, responsible and helpful throughout the whole process, and managed to find suitable tenants for our property very quickly. We chose the fully managed service, and Terence has been excellent even after the tenants moved in. He keeps us updated promptly and, whenever there is an issue, he responds quickly and takes care of it efficiently. This was our first time using an estate agent to rent out a property, and we are very pleased with the service we received. Terence has made the whole experience feel very easy, stress-free and reassuring. We would definitely consider having Terence manage our other properties in the future.
