The emergency vet at guildford was exceptional. so compassionate and professional when we lost our dog in the small hours of the morning. he was also the first vet in 14 years that my dog was completely comfortable with. thank you so so much
I am sure the vets are doing a great job ( i always feel confident in them with my dog) but the practice is not welcoming as it used to be. gone are the smiling faces on reception and the waiting room although may well be easier to clean is bleak and unwelcoming.
