Riding through town today on a gravel loop, headset coming loose, called in on the off chance to see if they could do anything for me, the guy was very busy but dropped what he was doing sorted my headset and I was back on the road in 10 minutes. Thank you very much pal. Love the Raleigh USA

Popped into Framed on recommendation of staff on an event I was participating in. The owner was extremely helpful and resolved the issue I had with my rear derailleur quickly. Really friendly, chatty guy who's knowledge shone through. Would be my first call for any mechanical needs i have, when in the Llanberis area.
