Never been to dance classes before, helen's such a good teacher i was jiving and doing the rock and roll in no time. i liked it so much that i stayed for the salsa class too. go once and you will certainly come again. a great way to meet new people and have lots of fun :)
I really enjoy helen's classes, she brings lots of energy. i am always smiling when doing the dances due to her zestiness. would recommend to anyone, movements are easy to pick up on, not too complicated. but lots of fun!
