Delicious! I just spent 3 days at a retreat with Rainbow Eats providing the food. I'm an omnivore but the vegetarian meals Mandy cooked were amazing. Stand outs for me were her mushroom teriyaki, her cakes and puddings (all of them!) and her home mixed crunchy granola. I have eaten far too much, but I don't regret a mouthful.
