Fantastic service despite the restrictions. Really good prices and friendly staff. Made to feel very welcome. Much better than the bigger chains and better quality products. Really happy with my two new settees and the delivery guys managed to get them into the house without any damage which is no mean feat.

Caprice in Bangor is fantastic place to get your furniture. I had some problems with a scratch marks on the walls but it was timely and politely solved with manager's Neals help.

Had our new suit delivered this week. Absolutely beautiful and superb quality. First class service all round from all the staff...from sales to delivery guys. Highly recommended.
