Outstanding customer service - an example to every other retailer. My one criticism is that pricing is incredibly complicated and that 2 for 1 offers are never all inclusive of so called extras

Service was good, I was promptly and well treated. The lens quality seems good, my vision is much improved. I will have to return to Specsavers and have the fitting adjusted, at the moment the glasses do no fit me properly.
