Having visited quite a number of care homes over the years, i can safely say that plas pengwaith home, llanberis is the most homely with friendly and caring staff.
Phoning my aunt from the outer hebrides the person answering the phone was pleasant and efficient ensuring that i had a great conversation with my aunt. thank you.
